Student Enrollment Fee
All students new to Cascade Melody School of Music will be charged a one-time initial enrollment fee of $45 (per student) if you wish to continue lessons with us after your free trial lesson.*
Recurring Tuition Fee
All current students at Cascade Melody School of Music will be charged a Recurring Tuition Fee of $45 on every 1st of September, which will cover tuition until August 31st of the following year.*
*Both fees are non-refundable and cover time spent for teacher placement and administrative hours.
Payment Policies
At Cascade Melody School of Music, lessons are paid in full at the beginning of the month and handled solely through Paypal. Invoices will be sent out on the 1st of every month and payments are to be paid within the following seven days. A late fee of $15 will be added (per week) if the invoice is not paid in time.
Cancelation Policies
To cancel a lesson, please give your teacher at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full so that your teacher can be paid for the reserved time.
If the teacher is given more than 24 hours notice, try to arrange a make up lesson that week. However, if you’re unable to schedule a make up lesson, that lesson will be credited the following month.
Songwriting
One-on-one rate: $70/hr (Skype, or in-home)
Group Rate: $40/hr (Skype)
Group rate lessons require a minimum of two students. Lessons can be held at a student’s house, or via Skype. Skype will allow more students to be present. Each family will pay $40 for the hour, per student, and must commit to at least one month.
